Improving Communications and Quality in Healthcare
The Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP) was established in April 2008 to promote quality in healthcare, and in particular to increase the impact that clinical audit has on healthcare quality.
From its inception, Clarity in Marketing has had the pleasure of playing a part by supporting the organisation to grow.
Originally we assisted the team by helping to set up the new organisation through planning, recruitment, branding, website and email marketing.
Most recently, we have worked with the HQIP team in undertaking a Communications Audit combined with comprehensive stakeholder research. The outcomes of which are feeding into plans for the future which include harnessing the benefits of digitalisation to reach wider audiences with more relevant information, tools and support.
Work is under way to deliver a cutting edge, personalised user experiences via a new website, marketing automation and other digital channels.
